‘SNP has to re-earn to trust of Scottish people’, says party leader
The Scottish National Party meets in Edinburgh this weekend for some serious soul-searching as they try to regroup after a bruising general election defeat. The party lost 80% of its seats, with only nine MPs now remaining. Our Scotland correspondent Kathryn Samson sat down with SNP leader John Swinney before the conference starts tomorrow to ask if he’s the right person to turn things around.
