Democratic Presidential pick ‘should not be about protecting one man’, says rival candidate

The Republican Party was supposed to be divided over a flawed candidate, but instead is marching in lockstep behind Donald Trump and his Vice Presidential pick JD Vance.

Joe Biden is said to be “seething” at the apparent disloyalty, railing against the elites in his own party and has vowed to continue campaigning next week.
